Rubeus is the leader of the four sisters. He sends them out on various errands around the city allowing them to to the dirty work. Though he pretends to like and respect the girls he actually only sees them as pawns to be used and discarded. A clever man, he uses and exploits their weaknesses, often playing them off of one another. |

Catsy is the oldest of the four sisters. (though in the original Japanease she was the youngest) She has black hair with two buns in the shape of cats ears on the top of her head. She wears a pink pin-striped leotard and a blue spiky tu-tu. More often than her sisters she gets directly involved in her missions, not leaving all the dirty work to her droids. Each of the four sisters mirror one of the sailor scouts. Catsy's mirror is Sailor Mars. Her power is icefire, and it is evenly matched against Sailor Mars' fire. She is in love with Rubeus, and often brings him gifts after going shopping. Of course, Rubeus uses her infatuation against her. |

Birdie is the second youngest sister. She seems to like to try out different styles of clothes the most as she often wears something different on each mission. She has white blonde hair which she wears braided with one braid across her forehead like a headband. She is most often seen in a light blue skimpy leotard. Quite intelligent, her mirror is Sailor Mercury. Her power is that of streams of ice. She is obessed with winning at all costs. |

Avery is the second to oldest sister. She is the most obessed with her looks, often trying various ways to improve her skin. She also seems to be the most charismatic, often suceeding in her mission with a flashing smile than with force. Avery has a sharp tounge and isn't afraid to use it. She constantly bickers with her sister Prisma. Her mirror is Sailor Venus and her power is a pair of whips that crackle with dark energy. |

Prisma is the oldest of the weird sisters, and the most ambitious. Very cold, she seems to be the least interested in men and shopping. She will usually volunteer for missions, especially if it allows her to show up Avery. She constantly fights with her sister Avery who often points out that she hasn't had a date in a long time. Their fighting usually causes them to fail on their missions, though Rubeus uses thier rivalry for his own ends. Her mirror is Sailor Jupiter, and her power is black lighting. |

The Wiseman is the one who pulls the strings of the whole group. After failing to suceed in his attack on the future city of Tokyo, Crystal Tokyo, he sent the Sisters and Rubeus back in time to caputre Rini and secure strategic points and turn them to evil. |

Had they suceeded those points would have been strongholds of evil in the future, assuring their victory. Both in the future and the past the Wiseman is stymied by the Sailor Scouts. His motives are as of yet, unknown. | |
