Sailor Pluto   Sailor Pluto is the oldest of the sailor senshi. Guardian of the gates of time, Pluto has lead a long lonely existance in the tunnel of time. She survived the Silver Millenium and lives into the future with Neo-Queen Serenity and her daughter Chibi-Usa.

Sailor Pluto rarely leaves her time tunnel. Only when things are most grave for the Sailors does she appear. She saved the lives of Haruka and Michiru by presenting the third talisman, the ruby orb from the top of her staff, to help create the Holy Grail. She also helps in the final battle against Sailor Galaxia. Setsuna is very mature and wise. She has a very special relationship with Chibi-Usa. Chibi-usa would come to to visit her in the time tunnel. They became dear friends, Chibi-usa calls her by a pet name, "Puu" short for Pluto. It is Sailor Pluto that give Chibi-Usa the key to go into the past to try to find Sailor Moon and the Silver MoonCrystal. It is also Pluto who the youngster talks to through the Luna ball.

Sailor Pluto's powers are the very different than the other scouts. She is the only one who doesn't shout her attack. She uses these different tools and phrases to activate them. Pluto Planet Power, MAKE-UP! She says this to transform into Sailor Pluto. Dead Scream! She whispers this to create an orb of energy that when launched releases gale-force winds. Time stop! Sailor Pluto says this to activate her forbidden attack. It causes the gates of time to close, and time to freeze, except for certain individuals which she allows to move.
