The Human Ton and Handy have worked for the infamous criminal mastermind known as the Terror and tends to be really nasty. Handy is the brains of the two-"man" team, and likes to read. The Human Ton is over 2,000 pounds of pure evil, but he can be rendered almost completely immobile by Handy's incapacitation, mostly because he doesn't know what to do without him.
