The Tick is both a comic book and a cartoon TV show. The Tick was created by Ben Edlund and is a complety wacky spoof on superhero comic books. Filled with bizarre superheros, villains and plot twists and featuring a man dressed as a giant blue tick, you just don't get any funnier than this.
