Principle Kuno returns from an extended vacation to Furinkan High with a severe case of Hawaii-Mania. Absoulutely obessed with Hawaii he speaks with an exaggerated Hawaiian accent, has a deep tan and wears Hawaiian cliches like leis and loud Hawaiian shir ts and shorts. Zooming around the Furinkan School campus on his skateboard, and often handing out exploding pinapples to unsuspecting students, he terrorizes the student body by introducing crazy rules usually involving their hair. He usually singels out Ranma trying to use him as an example.
